Life Time Warranty

revolve warrants shears to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the LIFE OF THE SHEAR, excluding damage and normal wear. Abuse and/or accidental damage are not covered by this warranty. Most accidental damage can be repaired at our normal service charge. For charges see service information.

revolve will replace any part, including silencer, ball bearing, thumb pin or pivot screw for the LIFE OF THE SHEAR, should they fail under normal use. To obtain a free replacement part, send the shear prepaid to our service address. (Parts will automatically be replaced at the time of service if needed.)

Accidental Damage Warranty

revolve will also guarantee shears against dullness, nicks, and accidental damage for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

Shears that have clearly been abused or have been serviced by any other company are not covered under this warranty. revolve will not be liable in tort or otherwise for incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of this shear.

If you don’t have the service shipping label that came with your shears, click here to download and print a new one. This will cover your postage and insurance for shipping both ways. 

Print and fill out the service shipping label, include your order number on the label and affix it to a Priority Mail envelope that can be obtained at your local post office.

Use the original case your shear came in or package your shear carefully and place them into the Priority Mail envelope. Be sure the envelope is well sealed and the label is attached and then mail the package right away.

Your shears will be serviced and returned to you in approximately 5 working days from the time of receipt.
